CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, and I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will apply. For no-call, no-show situations, a 100% fee of the reserved service amount will also be charged. Grace Period: I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re running late, I will reach out via call or text to check in. If you are unable to make it within the grace period, you may need to cancel or adjust your service to fit within the remaining time. If you cannot arrive within the grace period, your appointment will be forfeited, and the no-show fee (100%) will apply. Late Arrivals or Cancellations: If you anticipate being late or need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. I prefer to be informed early so I can accommodate you without disrupting the day’s schedule. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, the full service fee will be charged. Contact Information: Please ensure that your contact details (email and/or phone number) are accurate when booking online. Reminder emails and/or texts will be sent unless you choose to opt out. Inclement Weather: In the event of bad weather, I will contact you to confirm the salon’s operating status prior to your appointment. If you feel unsafe traveling due to weather conditions, please reach out immediately. New Clients: For new clients, if you do not show up or fail to contact me, I will be unable to accept any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
